After a great deal of anticipation and some delays work has finally begun on our new school hall. The construction company Hanem Group, is trying to work in well with the normal operations and activities at the school in order to minimise disruption and impact. We look forward to seeing the building move to completion in 2010 and are very keen to put this school and community resource to good use.

Contains three strands of reading, writing and talking and listening. Included in these strands are spelling, handwriting, writing for specific text types, literature and poetry. |

Mathematics
Mathematics is organised into six strands — one process strand, Working Mathematically, and the five content strands, Number, Patterns and Algebra, Data, Measurement, and Space and Geometry. Working Mathematically encompasses a set of five key processes that are embedded into the other five strands through the content. |
